Relax with the whole family in this tranquil and welcoming villa, nestled among the olive and citrus groves on a hill along Sicily's north coast, in the territory of Motta d'Affermo. You'll enjoy sunrises, sunsets over the sea, and views of the Aeolian Islands. The hill looks east towards S. Stefano di Camastra (a famous historic ceramics production center) and west towards Castel di Tusa (an ancient coastal village with natural corners to discover). Just a stone's throw from the Halesa archaeological area, and the marvelous villages of Cefalù and Mistretta.

FOR FAMILIES:

Ideal for families or groups of friends up to 6 people who love to gaze at the horizon and have their heads in art, as it is located near Mauro Staccioli's open-air artwork "Pyramid - 38th parallel," part of "La Fiumara D'Arte." It offers books for adults, mostly by Sicilian authors, and for children. A small play area is present outside, while indoors you'll find a selection of board games.

The villa includes a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with a wood-burning fireplace, three bedrooms and three bathrooms, a very large patio, and a terraced area. Among the amenities, you will find Wi-Fi, TV, a washing machine, and dedicated workspaces.
